In an interview with Chris Ryan, the Bruins Head Coach, Bruce Cassidy, and several players, discuss how the acquisition of high scoring forward, Taylor Hall; center, Curtis Lazar; and defenseman, Mike Reilly, have improved the team as they make their playoff run.
Coach Cassidy talks about how adding a left wing like, Taylor Hall, improves the ability of the Bruin’s scoring lines. The three new players have in some ways surprised Coach Cassidy with their immediate impact and by how well they have meshed with the other players on the team.
Taylor Hall, Curtis Lazar, and Mike Reilly are all coming from teams with losing records. Bruce “Butchie” Cassidy believes that they are making the most of their opportunity to play on a team with the potential to win the Stanley Cup.
The coach also discusses the importance of developing chemistry at this point near the end of the regular season and as the team prepares for the playoffs.
“This is our lineup now, and we become a little more dangerous as a hockey club, if we get three lines clicking.”
