Arrest Made In Shooting Death of NH Woman

MANCHESTER, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Authorities have made an arrest in connection to the shooting death of a 34-year old woman in Manchester, NH.

The New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Manchester Police Chief Carlo Capano say that Justin Moura,34, has been charged with second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Tanya Hall.

"Under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by shooting her with a handgun," authorities said in a statement.

Officials said that an autopsy determined that Hall died from an apparent gunshot wound to the back on Saturday March 2.

Moura is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough Superior Court on March 5.

Authorities have asked that anyone who was at the Manchvegas Bar and Grill, or in the areas of Old Granite, Granite, and Elm Streets in Manchester late Saturday/early Sunday who may have information about the incident to call the police department's detective unit at 603-668-8711
