ā€˜Faithkeepersā€™ documentary shows Christian minorities being persecuted in the Middle East

Christians and other religious minorities in the Middle East face violence, persecution and even genocide for their beliefs. ā€œFaithkeepers,ā€ a new documentary film from the Clarion Project, captures their stories and exposes this humanitarian crisis to the rest of the world.

Ryan Mauro, associate producer for ā€œFaithkeepers,ā€ joined Glenn on todayā€™s show to talk about the new documentary and why the world needs to see it. Whether youā€™re a Christian, a Muslim, a Jew or an atheist, you should care about religious persecution. People of faith who are in the minority have been persecuted throughout history.

ā€œWhat was so important about that was to show that history is repeating itself even if the victim is a little bit different ā€¦ theyā€™re all in the same boat and facing the same type of genocidal enemy,ā€ Mauro said.

You can watch ā€œFaithkeepersā€ at 6 p.m. EST tonight on TheBlaze TV.
